One on One Service

From the moment you meet us all the way through delivery of your hot tub or swim spa, you will work with a knowledgeable staff.  We strive to build relationships that will last a lifetime.


Site Requirement Consultation

We can help you locate site prep contractors or electricians.  We will discuss the right way to install a hot tub and provide you with valuable information regarding the placement of your spa.  If necessary, a site inspection can be scheduled after purchase.


Delivery Coordination

Your hot tub will arrive at our warehouse and you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date.  You will be asked to provide photos and/or video for us to review to ensure any issues with the delivery are addressed in advance. We will then coordinate with you regarding any crane or heavy equipment that may be required for your delivery.



We will bring your hot tub or swim spa and purchased accessories to your property within the scheduled time frame and place your spa on your prepared pad.  We will install your cover, Covana, cover assist bar, thermal blanket, filters, steps, etc and provide verbal and written instructions on how to start up, prime and maintain your spa.


Post Delivery Follow Up

When you have your spa hooked to power (homeowner or electrician), filled to proper level, hot and balanced, give us a call and a post-delivery visit will be scheduled for a technician to test your water balancing and answer any additional questions you may have.


PHTS Labor Warranty

Buy a hot tub or swim spa from us and there will never be a charge for labor on repairs of that spa for as long as YOU own the spa. You will only pay for parts as needed after the initial manufacturer's warranty expires.


Warranty Registration Service

 We will take care of registering your hot tub warranty with the manufacturer for our future reference and to protect your investment.  This is imperative for any warranty related items and labor to be covered. As your service provider we feel it is our responsibility and the least we can do for you.


Reduced Annual Maintenance Fee

Receive 25% off the annual prepaid cost for bi-monthly maintenance for the 1st year.    See more info
