Displaying your hot tub in our showroom provides a more secure and convenient selling experience. You avoid scheduling private showings, inviting unfamiliar buyers to your home, negotiating directly, or feeling pressured to accept a low offer. Instead, you schedule one appointment with our professional removal crew, and we handle the rest.

 

Your hot tub or swim spa will be set up in our showroom so customers can view it while browsing our inventory. Our advertising across Craigslist, print, radio, television, and online channels—combined with our reputation and strong referral network—brings motivated buyers to our showroom on a regular basis.

 

Every reconditioned or consignment hot tub and swim spa we offer undergoes our required 17-point circulation and operational inspection. We also provide a 1-to-3-year parts and labor warranty, giving buyers confidence in the long-term reliability of their purchase. With our attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service, Pacific Hot Tub Solutions is a trusted destination for previously owned hot tubs and swim spas.

 

Our consignment process is straightforward. We will visit your property prepared to remove your spa for a small fee based on the site conditions. We will assess your hot tub or swim spa, determine its value, and estimate the consignment return we may be able to secure for you. If the spa is empty or not operating, we will designate the value as “TBD” and complete the final evaluation at our shop after filling it and performing a thorough inspection.

 

Once the assessment and consignment terms are finalized—either onsite or at our shop if the spa is empty or not operating—we will provide a written consignment agreement for both parties to sign. If needed, we will thoroughly clean the spa and complete agreed-upon cosmetic touch-ups to help present it in the best possible condition. We will then place the hot tub or swim spa on the market as quickly as possible. After the sale is complete, our accounting department will calculate your final proceeds after any necessary repairs and issue payment approximately 45 to 60 days after the spa is delivered to its new home.
