Are there any benefits for first-time customers?

First time buyers benefit tremendously from purchasing a reconditioned or new hot tub or swim spa from us.  Not only will they get a top quality reconditioned  hot tub at a fraction of what a new tub costs but they will receive a wealth of information regarding hot tub ownership.  Everything from A to Z will be discussed, even down to if you wear a suit in your hot tub make sure you only wash by hand to eliminate suds in your tub.

Do you have a customer referral program?

Yes, refer your friends and family and if they purchase a hot tub or swim spa from us you will receive a Fred Meyers gift card

Payment Policy

On our reconditioned inventory we do allow customers to put down a deposit to hold a specific spa for them for up to 3 days to make sure it is the right spa for them. The deposit is refundable within 3 days if you change your mind.  
New products require payment in full at the time of purchase.   
All sales are final once payment is made.  On new spas being ordered, no changes can be made once order has been placed.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  
Reconditioned/Consignment spas are sold in "as-is" condition with a limited warranty.  Any items that are covered under the warranty will be addressed during the warranty period.
New hot tub orders can be cancelled prior to the order being placed; however, no refund or returns are allowed once the product has been ordered.

Why am I required to provide a credit card to book an appointment?

Our schedule is typically booked solid for weeks in advance. Requiring a credit card ensures that if a customer needs to cancel their appointment they will remember to call us to do so eliminating a wasted trip to their property.   Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $150 non-cancellation fee.
