If you haven't already done so, please provide us with a copy of your electrical permit and approved inspection report.  We have provided a link below to upload these documents.

Once we receive this request and a copy of your electrical permit and approved inspection report, we will verify your warranty and contact you to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and do an assessment.

We are unable to work on your spa unless the proper permits/inspection have been obtained.  This is to verify your electrical installation is adequately and safely powering the spa and to ensure the safety of our technicians.
